We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to list stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case we shall inform you immediately the order is received, and offer a full refund, an alternative product or notify you of the expected delivery date.

Price Guarantee

If you’ve already purchased the product online, please make sure you report the price match within 28 days of receiving it. If you’d like to buy the product but want us to price match first, please check that you’re providing the most up to date information you can obtain when you submit your request. We’ll be asking you for full details of the product, the competitor, their prices and that the product is in stock, so please do check that you have this information to hand before you begin to complete the request. Please note that we don’t price match competitors’ products where the competitor is out of stock, in administration, flash sales or closing down.

In the event of fraud

We guarantee to you to minimise the financial risks when shopping with LinenFields. LinenFields do not hold any credit card details on our servers. In the unlikely event that your card is used fraudulently, as a direct result of being used to purchase from our site, we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest.

Returning or cancelling your order

At Linen Fields, we want you to feel confident about buying from us online. So if you do change your mind, you can return the goods in their original packaging within 14 days. Also, under the Consumer Contract Regulations, you can cancel the order within a period of 14 working days, starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch. However, please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for the purchase of items of bedding once you have used them. Otherwise, we can accept returns of items provided they are in an 'as new' condition.

Polite notice regarding colour(s) of products - Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet and phone screen has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show all of our products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor.
