LinenFields is a family business who specialise in on-line direct retail sales. The company is managed by four members of the family who between them have over 40 years' experience within the linen trade. We guarantee to offer you a personal and efficient service at all times and ensure that you are satisfied with your order and the service you receive from us. When you send an email enquiry to LinenFields you can be assured that we aim to acknowledge this via email within 2 hours of receiving it; between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Any enquiries received over the weekend will be dealt with as a priority before 10am on the following Monday. For all orders placed You Will receive a copy of the order which is also our acknowledgement to you.

You can reach us by answer phone and we will get back to you within 48 hours Monday to Friday please make sure you leave your name/phone number/order number and brief details of your query. If you need urgent information on orders placed or to check before purchasing, then please email us as there are always staff in front of the computer waiting to help.

OVERSEAS ORDERS: We can deliver to Europe and Worldwide Destinations. Please email us for a quote before placing your order because the carriage cost charged is an approximation due to different size /weights for products.
